How I work

My approach to therapy is to work with the whole person - body, mind, and emotions – to uncover who you are and long to be.  Believing that every person is unique, I do not offer quick solutions or standardized strategies.  Rather, I work with clients to help them recover a clearer sense of themselves and set goals aimed at what makes life meaningful in all its dimensions.

While I believe that we are not made to be alone, when life’s struggles mount up, we often feel painfully isolated.  Yet we are created for connection – both within our own being and with others.  These are times when the care, patience, and dedication of a skilled professional can be most helpful.  I am here to help people rediscover that connection interiorly and with those around them.
